Lee Chen is a Managing Director at HH Fund, leading the firm’s acquisition and development efforts. His responsibilities span deal sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution across multiple real estate asset classes.

Before joining the firm, Lee worked at Constellation Energy, where he was involved in renewable energy projects across the United States. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Erickson Living Management, focusing on real estate transactions and financial analysis for large-scale senior housing communities.

Lee holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Pearly Liang serves as Vice President on HH Fund’s Acquisitions team.

Matthew Flenniken is a Senior Associate on HH Fund’s Acquisitions team, supporting the firm’s acquisition and development efforts with a focus on student housing and campus-adjacent multifamily. His responsibilities include underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and transaction execution.

Before joining HH Fund, Matthew co-founded FB Capital, where he led acquisitions of value-add multifamily properties. During his graduate studies at Georgetown, he also completed academic consulting engagements with State Street Investment Management and Lockheed Martin Ventures, focused on investment analysis and applications of artificial intelligence.

Matthew holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.

Hannah Xie serves as Vice President on HH Fund’s Asset Management team.

Lexie Liu is a Senior Associate on HH Fund’s Asset Management team.

Jenny Jin is a Senior Analyst on HH Fund’s Asset Management team.

Teddy Abdelmalek serves as Business Development Director, bringing 25 years of experience in student housing.

Erika Castellon serves as Senior Regional Manager, specializing in resident relations and property operations.

Brittney Longley serves as Senior Operations Manager, specializing in student and conventional housing operations.

Robin Su serves as Director of Accounting.

Grace Marcelino is a Senior Accountant at HH Fund, supporting financial reporting and accounting operations across the firm’s real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include month-end closing, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, cash flow management, and budget support. She works closely with asset managers and property teams on financial reporting and the transition of newly acquired properties.

Before joining HH Fund, Grace held senior property accounting roles at UIP Property Management and Placemakr. Her broader experience spans property and hospitality accounting, financial analysis, audit coordination, and accounting process improvement.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from San Sebastian College Recoletos in the Philippines.

Ting Zhao is a Staff Accountant at HH Fund, supporting financial reporting and accounting operations across the firm’s student housing and multifamily investment portfolio. Her responsibilities include financial statement preparation, month-end closing, account reconciliations, and fund-level accounting for investor capital contributions, distributions, and intercompany transactions.

Before joining HH Fund, Ting worked as a Property Accountant at Roofstock and a General Ledger Accountant at Associa, gaining experience in property accounting, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting.

Ting holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kelsey Schindler is Vice President of Human Resources for HH Fund and HH Red Stone. She leads human resources strategy and operations, partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and workplace culture across corporate and property teams.

Kelsey brings more than a decade of human resources experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment compliance. She advises leadership on workplace matters and develops policies and programs that support the platform’s growth and operations.

Kelsey holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management. She also holds HRCI’s Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management and the Talent Management Practitioner credential from the Talent Management Institute.

Yang Ni serves as Director and Head of Legal.

Yifan Li leads Investor Relations and holds the title of Managing Director.
