How we put the plan into practice.

01

The opportunity

August 2026

Begin with a new operating plan.

An HH-sponsored investment vehicle acquired the property, formerly Varsity on K. In-house management began at closing, with a focus on leasing and the resident experience.

02

Our approach

2026 · In progress

Rebrand and expand leasing reach.

The property was rebranded as The Haven on K. Domestic and international leasing efforts support the business plan, alongside planned improvements to apartments and amenities.

03

Early progress

Two months after acquisition

Build occupancy and track execution.

Reported occupancy increased from 77% at acquisition to 90% two months later. Repositioning remains underway, with the team monitoring leasing and operations as the business plan progresses.

An operating plan in action.

The Haven on K demonstrates how HH’s leasing network and in-house operations can be applied to campus-adjacent conventional multifamily. The focus is on execution and measured progress.
